Resources include a 24/7 specialized helpline, support groups, training and educational resources for patients, care partners and professionals navigating ADRD.
- CaringKind Helpline is staffed by ADRD specialists who are trained to provide the most up-to-date information, education and support regarding ADRD. - Family Caregiver Alliance’s Services By State helps family care partners locate public, nonprofit and private programs and services nearest their loved one.
- Caregiver.org connects patients and care partners to top-rated local ADRD caregiving programs.
- Alzheimers.gov’s Finding Dementia Care and Local Services resource provides helpful guidance about how to find ADRD care.
- Meals on Wheels America’s Find Meals and Services tool connects families locate local meal support organizations.
- The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s ProFind tool helps patients and care partners locate certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).
Support Groups
